- JESUS: From Eternity…to Eternity provides the students with the necessary materials to understand and eventually live the teachings inscribed in the sacred books of the New Testament. This book offers the students what they need to understand about God’s plan here on earth as revealed in the Sacred Scriptures. The lessons are Bible-based for both the teacher and the students to obtain knowledge about their faith as prescribed in the Holy Book. Thus, the book is “apologetic” in nature where the Catholic faith is presented with the needed biblical passages to refute and eventually to clear out the doubts brought forth by the fundamentalists. Furthermore, the lessons are equipped with the following:
- (a) content standard and performance standard;
- (b) suggested methodology to make the discussion more effective;
- (c) desired values to be implanted;
- (d) formative and summative assessments; and
- (e) dogmas and doctrines to be imparted, including suggested assignments (mostly of reflections and family activities) to deepen the acquisition of knowledge.
